The Irish Tenors Live In Belfast. Recorded Live in front of a spellbound audience at the Waterfront Hall in Belfast on the 5th of February 2000, this spectacular performance by Ronan Tynan, Athony Kearns and Fibar Wright continues the bright musical legend of the Irish Tenors. Once again, The Irish Tenors have discovered a rich and powerful selection of songs in the classic Irish repertoire. These dramatic gems have been given stirring new arrangements by musical Director Frank Namara and Majestic sweep by the superlative Warsaw Sinfonia.

A Poignant surprise moment came with the appearance by John McDermott, from the original Line-up, who sang a moving tribute to his parents.

Solo selections from the Tenors showcased new renditions of popular compositions reflecting each of their individual styles. Phil Coulter's "Scorn Not His Simplicity" made popular by The Dubliners in the 1970's and Sinead O'Connor in the 90's has been given a beautifully heartfelt interpretation by Ronan Tynan. Anthony Kearns' "There Is A Flower That Bloometh" from the Irish Opera "Maritana" is a perfect selection for his incredibly pure lyric tenor voice. Finbar Wright's version of Carrickfergus" demonstrates the enormous vocal range and talent of The Irish Tenors newest member.

The concert was recorded for broadcast by PBS in the USA
